
Lugesin Postimehe vahendusel, et The Times on kokku pannud nimekirja, kus on viimase 60 aasta kohta iga aasta parim raamat välja valitud. Kusjuures ei ole sugugi ainult nö klassika, vaid seal on ka Bondiraamatuid jms. Minu hinge jäi veidi kriipima see, et teravalt paistab silma angloameerika teoste eelistamine ja muust maailmast pole midagi kuulda, aga kuna mina neist rohkem kui pooli lugenud ei ole, panen nimekirja siia kah üles, ehk leian ikka viitsimise ühel päeval mõnda veel lugema hakata.
